Jakarta, 6 Desember 2021 – Terkait adanya perselisihan yang terjadi antara anggota kami, Alex Dos Santos Gonçalves (Pesepakbola berkewarganegaraan Brazil) dengan eks-klubnya yakni Persikabo, dimana pihak Klub Persikabo melalui Presiden Klubnya nya Bapak Bimo Del Piero Wirjasoekarta telah melaporkan Alex kepada pihak kepolisian atas kasus Pencemaran Nama Baik dan atau Fitnah pada tanggal 18 November 2021, APPI beserta Kedutaan Besar Brazil di Indonesia dan juga Kuasa Hukum yang ditunjuk oleh Kedutaan Besar Brazil telah memberikan pendampingan dan bantuan hukum advokat atas permasalahan hukum yang sedang dihadapi oleh Alex.
Permasalahan hukum antara Alex dengan Klub Persikabo bermula dari pemotongan gaji sebesar 75% yang dilakukan oleh Klub Persikabo dan tidak disetujui oleh Alex selaku pesepakbola profesional yang pada saat itu bermain untuk Klub Persikabo. Atas hal tersebut kemudian Alex mengajukan gugatan ke DRC FIFA, dan tanggal pada 15 November 2021 DRC FIFA memenangkan gugatan Alex tersebut.
Karena permasalahan gaji tersebut, terdapat permasalahan mengenai EPO (Exit Permit Only) atas Alex yang mengakibatkan Alex tidak dapat mengurus Visa kerja dan tidak dapat bermain untuk klubnya saat ini yakni Persita Tangerang. Hal-hal tersebutlah yang diungkapkan Alex melalui sosial medianya yang kemudian ditanggapi oleh pihak Klub Persikabo dengan laporan kepada pihak kepolisian.
Selain pihak kuasa hukum dari Alex, Kedutaan Besar Brazil di Indonesia dan juga APPI, saat ini kasus Alex tengah dilaporkan dan menjadi perhatian FIFA, FIFPRO dimana FIFA melalui Investigatory Chamber of the FIFA Ethics Committee sedang melakukan analisis dan investigasi mendalam atas kasus ini.
APPI akan mengawal dan juga berkomunikasi dengan pihak-pihak terkait agar permasalahan tersebut dapat segera terselesaikan dan yang paling utama agar jika terdapat perselisihan dalam lingkup sepakbola dapat terselesaikan dengan regulasi sepakbola sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.

Jakarta, 6 December 2021 – Regarding the dispute between our members, Alex Dos Santos Gonçalves (a Brazilian footballer) and his former club, Persikabo, where the Persikabo Club through its Club President Mr. Bimo Del Piero Wirjasoekarta has reported Alex to the police for the case of Defamation and or Defamation on November 18, 2021, APPI along with the Brazilian Embassy in Indonesia as well as a Legal Counsel appointed by the Brazilian Embassy has provided legal assistance for the legal problems that are being faced by Alex.
This legal problem between Alex and the Persikabo Club began with the 75% salary cut by the Persikabo Club and it was not approved by Alex as a professional footballer who at that time played for the Persikabo Club. For this, Alex then filed a lawsuit with the FIFA DRC, and on November 15, 2021, the FIFA DRC won Alex’s lawsuit.
Due to such salary issue, there was a problem regarding Alex’s EPO (Exit Permit Only) which made Alex unable to apply for a work visa and unable to play for his current club, Persita Tangerang. These things were revealed by Alex through his social media which was then responded by the Persikabo Club with a police report.
Besides the lawyer, the Brazilian Embassy in Indonesia and APPI, Alex’s case is currently being reported and brought to the attention of FIFA and FIFPRO where FIFA through the Investigatory Chamber of the FIFA Ethics Committee is conducting an in-depth analysis and investigation of this case.
APPI will oversee and also communicate with related parties so that these problems can be resolved immediately and most importantly so that if there is a dispute within the sphere of football, it can be resolved as well with football regulations.
