Jakarta, 9 Agustus 2022 – Pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2021, NDRC (National Dispute Resolution Chamber) Indonesia telah mengeluarkan PUTUSAN NDRC NOMOR: Putusan 033/NDRC/VII/2021 s/d 039/NDRC/VII/2021 dan 040/NDRC/VIII/2021 yang memutuskan bahwa klub PERSEKAT Tegal harus membayarkan tunggakan gaji kepada 8 (Delapan) pemain sepakbola profesional PERSEKAT Tegal dengan total tunggakan sebesar Rp 334.459.485,- (Tiga Ratus Tiga Puluh Empat Juta Empat Ratus Lima Puluh Sembilan Ribu Empat Ratus Delapan Puluh Lima Rupiah)
Dalam putusan tersebut NDRC Indonesia memberikan waktu selambat-lambatnya 45 hari setelah tanggal putusan disampaikan kepada Klub PERSEKAT Tegal untuk melaksanakan putusan, yakni melakukan pembayaran kepada 8 (Delapan) pemain PERSEKAT Tegal, atas jumlah tersebut di atas. Atas putusan tersebut, setelah hampir 1 Tahun lamanya sejak tanggal jatuh tempo, pada tanggal 15 November 2021, pembayaran tunggakan gaji dilakukan oleh PT Liga Indonesia Baru (PT LIB) dengan menggunakan alokasi hak siar klub PERSEKAT Tegal dari PT LIB. Klub PERSEKAT akhirnya telah melunasi tunggakan tersebut, dimana pelunasan tersebut dilakukan melalui perantara APPI.
APPI memberikan apresiasi atas pelunasan ini terhadap klub PERSEKAT Tegal, yang telah mentaati Putusan NDRC NOMOR: 033/NDRC/VII/2021 s/d 039/NDRC/VII/2021 dan 040/NDRC/VIII/2021. Apresiasi juga APPI berikan kepada PT LIB yang turut aktif berkorespondensi terkait informasi penggunaan hak siar klub PERSEKAT Tegal yang dialihkan untuk pemenuhan hak tunggakan gaji pesepakbola.
Dengan adanya pembayaran tersebut, PERSEKAT Tegal telah dapat melakukan pendaftaran pemain sehingga dapat turut mengikuti kompetisi Liga-2 tahun 2022.
APPI berharap pelunasan yang sama atas putusan-putusan NDRC yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap, dapat segera dilakukan oleh 5 (Lima) Klub peserta Liga 2 lainnya agar dapat mengikuti penyelenggaraan Kompetisi Liga 2 2022 yang akan segera bergulir, dengan baik.

NDRC Decisions Settlement of the PERSEKAT Tegal Club
Jakarta, August 9, 2022 – On 27 August 2021, the NDRC (National Dispute Resolution Chamber) Indonesia issued NDRC Decision Number: 033/NDRC/VII/2021 to 039/NDRC/VII/2021 and 040/NDRC/VIII/2021 which decided that the club PERSEKAT Tegal has to pay the salary arrears to 8 (Eight) PERSEKAT professional football players with total arrears of Rp 334.459.485,- (Three Hundred Thirty-Four Million And Four Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Five Rupiah).
In the decision, the NDRC Indonesia the maximum of 45 days after the date the decision was submitted to the PERSEKAT Club to implement the decision – to send the payments to 8 (Eight) PERSEKAT players, for the amount mentioned above. Based on this decision, after almost a year from the due date, finally, on August 9, 2022, the payment of salary arrears was made by PT Liga Indonesia Baru (PT LIB) using the broadcast rights allocation for the PERSEKAT Tegal club from PT LIB. PERSEKAT Club has finally paid off the arrears, where the repayments were made through the APPI as the intermediary.
APPI appreciates PEREKAT Tegal club which has complied with the NDRC Decision Number 033/NDRC/VII/2021 to 039/NDRC/VII/2021 and 040/NDRC/VIII/2021. APPI also gives appreciation to PT LIB which has actively participated in correspondence regarding the information on the use of the PERSEKAT Tegal club’s broadcasting rights which were transferred to fulfill the rights to pay arrears for footballers.
With this settlement, PERSEKAT Tegal shall be able to register players so that they can participate in the 2022 Liga-2 competition.
APPI hopes that the same settlement of NDRC decisions for the other 6 (Six) clubs of Liga 2 which also already have permanent legal force can be immediately settled so that they can properly participate in League 2, which will be started soon.
