Jakarta, 24 Agustus 2022 – Pada bulan Maret dan April 2022 lalu, NDRC (National Dispute Resolution Chamber) Indonesia telah mengeluarkan PUTUSAN NDRC NOMOR: 003/NDRC/III/2022 dan 007/NDRC/III/2022 yang memutuskan bahwa klub PERSIRAJA harus membayarkan tunggakan gaji kepada 2 (Dua) pemain sepakbola profesional PERSIRAJA dengan total tunggakan sebesar Rp 50,000,000,- (Lima Puluh Juta Rupiah)
Dalam putusan-putusan tersebut NDRC Indonesia memberikan waktu selambat-lambatnya 45 hari setelah tanggal putusan disampaikan kepada PERSIRAJA untuk melaksanakan putusan, yakni melakukan pembayaran kepada para pemain PERSIRAJA, atas jumlah tersebut di atas. Atas putusan tersebut, setelah 3 bulan sejak tanggal jatuh tempo, pembayaran tunggakan gaji telah dilakukan oleh manajemen Klub PERSIRAJA langsung kepada para pesepakbola terkait.
APPI memberikan apresiasi atas pelunasan ini terhadap klub PERSIRAJA, yang telah mentaati Putusan NDRC NOMOR: 003/NDRC/III/2022 dan 007/NDRC/III/2022. Dan dengan adanya pembayaran tersebut, PERSIRAJA telah dapat melakukan pendaftaran pemain sehingga dapat turut mengikuti kompetisi Liga-2 tahun 2022.
APPI berharap pelunasan yang sama atas putusan-putusan NDRC yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap, dapat segera dilakukan oleh 2 (Dua) Klub peserta Liga 2 lainnya agar dapat mengikuti penyelenggaraan Kompetisi Liga 2 2022 yang akan segera bergulir, dengan baik.

NDRC Decisions Settlement of the PERSIRAJA Club
Jakarta, August 9, 2022 – On March and April 2022, the NDRC (National Dispute Resolution Chamber) Indonesia issued NDRC Decision Number: 003/NDRC/III/2022 and 007/NDRC/III/2022 which decided that the club PERSIRAJA has to pay the salary arrears to 2 (Two) PERSIRAJA professional football players with total arrears of Rp 50,000,000,- (Fifty Million Rupiah).
In the decision, the NDRC Indonesia gives a maximum of 45 days after the date the decision was submitted to the PERSIRAJA Club to implement the decision – to send the payments to 2 (Two) PERSIRAJA players, for the amount mentioned above. Based on this decision, after 3 (three) months from the due date, payment of salary arrears was made by the management of PERSIRAJA directly to the 2 footballers.
APPI appreciates PERSIRAJA club which has complied with the NDRC Decision Number 003/NDRC/III/2022 and 007/NDRC/III/2022.
With this settlement, PERSIRAJA shall be able to register players so that they can participate in the 2022 Liga-2 competition.
APPI hopes that the same settlement of NDRC decisions for the other 2 (Two) clubs of Liga 2 which already have permanent legal force can be immediately settled so that they can properly participate in League 2, which will be started soon.
